The Volunteer Center is a resource for businesses, nonprofits, schools, government, and faith based agencies who want to make a difference through effective meaningful volunteer initiatives.
We provide the tools to help you recruit, retain, and recognize your volunteers. Additionally, we can help you with your fundraising efforts to sustain your valuable programs.
Volunteer Recruitment
We can help recruit your volunteers. More than 1,500 unique visitors each month search our volunteer opportunity database looking for the perfect volunteer job. Your agency can use our website to recruit ongoing volunteers, register and schedule event volunteers, or publicize volunteer trainings –all for free!
Once registered, your opportunities are automatically linked to californiavolunteers.org, idealist.org, volunteermatch.org, networkforgood.org, and serve.gov –the largest volunteer databases in the United States.
